Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Policy
Item(s) must be uninstalled, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, including original packaging and all components. All return instructions outlined in the Return Process below must be followed. OEM parts may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to be processed after your return is received and approved.
For questions regarding the status of your return, please contact our customer support team and have your order number available.

Return Process
Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team via phone or email.
Our customer support team will review the request to ensure it meets applicable return guidelines.
Items must be securely placed in a shipping box along with all original packaging and materials provided by Cyclemax Parts. Please take care not to damage any labels or products during packaging.
Once received, all returned items will be inspected to confirm they meet the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

International Returns
For international returns, please contact our customer support team for assistance. If the return is due to an error by Cyclemax Parts, return shipping costs will be covered. If the return is not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cyclemax Parts is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments; customers are encouraged to use a reliable, trackable shipping service.

Damaged Shipments
Damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the delivery carrier. If you receive a damaged shipment, retain the box and all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. Cyclemax Parts does not offer or honor warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer. We do not assume responsibility for the installation or use of products. Items reported as defective may be accepted for return upon inspection; however, Cyclemax Parts assumes no liability for receiving or handling potentially defective products.

Special Exceptions
Discontinued, closeout, final sale, NOB, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund. We also do not accept returns on electrical items.

Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are available to purchase. Upon purchase, a digital code will be sent to the purchaser's email. This digital can be redeemed in the checkout portion of the website for any future purchases on Cyclemax Parts website. It is not accepted or redeemable on any other platform that Cyclemax Parts may be on. Cyclemax Parts is not responsible for lost cards, lost codes, or any other failure to use this feature unless it is the fault of Cyclemax Parts. We are not responsible for network, bank, routing, or any other issues that are outside of our control. Please keep your code(s) safe and use a digital wallet if applicable.  Gift card purchases are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
