Shipments within the United States
Orders shipping to addresses within the continental United States—excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories—qualify for our Free Standard Shipping offer.
All items ship directly from our warehouse and typically ship within 1 business day. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent within 24 hours after your order ships.
Most orders ship via UPS, with limited exceptions. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories outside the continental U.S. will ship via USPS. Orders under 1lb will also be shipped via USPS.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have shipped. After all items have been delivered, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance with returns. Please also review our Return Policy for more information.
Package Refusals
If you refuse delivery of your package, Cyclemax Parts may deduct all fees associated with the refusal. Once the item is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the order total minus any Refusal/Return to Sender fees. This policy applies to all orders. We strongly recommend contacting our Customer Support Team if you experience any issues or have questions regarding your order.
Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please note that shipments to these locations may travel by air or sea, and exact transit times cannot be guaranteed.
APO & FPO
For APO and FPO shipments, please ensure the country field is set to “United States” and the correct state code is selected (e.g., AP for Asia or the Pacific). These orders ship via USPS. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses.
Hazardous Items
Items classified as hazardous (including certain flammable or aerosol products) may only be shipped via ground service within the contiguous 48 United States.
Oversize Items
Oversize items can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states and territories. However, additional shipping charges may apply. Our Customer Support Team is happy to assist with orders containing oversize items and will advise of any applicable fees.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries do not require a signature by default. If you would like to request signature confirmation, please contact our Customer Support Team prior to placing your order.
Backorders
If an item becomes out of stock or enters backorder status after your order is placed, we will notify you with updated expected delivery information. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you have any questions.
Shipping and Delivery Delays
Shipping or delivery delays caused by acts of nature, weather conditions, or mechanical issues are not eligible for reimbursement.
Lost Orders
If a shipment is deemed lost in transit by the carrier through no fault of Cyclemax Parts, we will arrange a replacement shipment after the required waiting period and confirmation of loss.
Damaged Goods
We take great care to ensure all items arrive new and in excellent condition (unless otherwise noted on the product listing). If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team promptly. We will assist with filing a claim to the best of our ability.
Pricing & Typographical Errors
While Cyclemax Parts makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product pricing and shipping information, errors in pricing or typography may occasionally occur. In certain instances, Cyclemax Parts may be unable to verify product and/or shipping prices until after an order has been submitted. If a pricing or typographical error is identified for any product or service, Cyclemax Parts reserves the right to cancel or decline the order at any time without prior notice. In most cases involving pricing or typographical errors, Cyclemax Parts will either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order with notification via email and/or phone. Shipping price discrepancies may occur on any order, regardless of order size. If a shipping price discrepancy is identified, Cyclemax Parts may contact the purchaser to provide revised shipping options. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Superseded Parts
Manufacturers sometimes replace older part numbers with newer versions. These superseded parts meet the original manufacturer’s specifications. In some cases, the update may include minor improvements. Superseded parts are not substitutes or aftermarket replacements. They are equivalent in fit and function to the original part and are made by the original manufacturer, even if small design differences exist. We can not control when a manufacturer supersedes parts. Typically, a superseded part is offered because the original has been discontinued. If you do not wish to receive a superseded part or have questions about availability, please contact our Customer Support Team.
